Personalized Mindfulness Programs

Green Thoughts’ mindfulness programs can be customized for individuals or groups, in-person or online. It’s an opportunity to set your own schedule, go at your own pace and explore the topics that are meaningful to you. Personalized Workshop or Program

Whether you are new to mindfulness, need a refresher or are looking to advance your practice, you are free to choose the type and the number of sessions that work for you. Choose a single workshop or create your own program of up to 8 sessions. Each session is 1.5 hrs and includes support materials and guidance on integrating the practices into your daily life.

One-to-One Sessions:

$60/session for 2-8 live online sessions

$75/single live online session

Group Sessions:

2-3 Participants: $60/session per person for 1-8 live online sessions

4+ Participants: $50/session per person for 1-8 live online sessions

10+ Participants: Please email to discuss large group rates

Costs may vary for in-person sessions depending on travel time and/or if space rental is required.
