Foundations of Resiliency: 5-Minute Practices for Stress Recovery
1.5hr Workshop
Learn to feel confident in your ability to regulate your emotions. These tools are designed to fit easily into your day, providing short and long-term stress relief when practiced regularly.

Intro to Mindful Self-Compassion: 4-Week Course
Learn to respond to your pain with the same care you would offer to a good friend. Research shows that self-compassion reduces anxiety, depression and shame while increasing our motivation, happiness and the quality of our connection with others.

Foundations of Mindfulness: 4-Week Course
This course explores everything from formal meditation to mindful eating, stretching and communication. Learn the science and philosophy behind mindfulness and experience how it can enhance your daily life.
